The challenge is: Write a poem that uses the foundation of a common idiom.
You're will find four idioms at the bottom. Please choose one for your theme. List your choice at the bottom of the page.
(You do not have to use the idiom in your poem, just make a clear reference to it.)
The poem must have 4 to 8 lines, no more no less. The idiom
cannot be used in the title of your poem
Any format such as rhyme, free verse, anything you choose to use is acceptable.
Please follow the guidelines for posting which are outlined on the posting page to avoid having your poem emoved from the challenge.

Crocodile tears (Fake tears or sadnesses)
Trip the light fantastic (To dance)
Elephant in the room (An obvious, issue left unaddressed due to its sensitive nature.)
