Hello all,
As most of you probably have noticed, we are trying to standardize the navigation system across most of the main pages. It is taking time, but the tab menus are slowly appearing. The SAME menu appears each time. So it should be a familiar tool to get to where you want to go.
Starlite has been described as a town with highways, and side streets and even a few alleys. There are some things that you only see if you know the secret passages. The menus are intended to help make that navigation easier.
You will notice a new selection on the menu... SUBSCRIBE. This is a function to help you control the email that is sent to you. It allows you to subscribe to a specific challenge and decide how much you want to be notified. You may be notified of any new challenges in that area and/or ALL poems that are submitted to that area. If you feel overwhelmed, you can unsubscribe from one or all of your subscriptions very easily.
Today we are releasing the first part of this new feature. It is only in signup mode, which means that you can only use it to set your preferences, but NO mail will be going out based on them for now. This will give everyone a chance to switch over, but not lose out on their mail.
In the future, this feature will be expanded to Linked Groups, Celebrations, and Gardens. If you wanted to be kept informed on a specific happening, you will be able to do so without receiving emails on everything else.
