We have started transitioning more and more of the communications to the Starlite Management Ticketing System. If you need assistance or have suggestions, this is the best way to get heard. You can find the link to the system in the tab menu under Admin... Problems.

There is still a lot of work to be done but this system has grown significantly.
A couple of features that have been added is
--- two way communications. When you open a ticket, you are sent a url that enables you to not only read the comments that have been added to your ticket but also allow you to respond by updating your ticket. Since different members of the team may respond on different updates, it is critical for all the information to be stored inside of the ticket.
So when a volunteer updates the ticket, you will receive an email with the update and url needed to respond.
We have just added the counter on the update field. So as you type the system tracking the remaining number of letters you can type.
