This site has brought such beauty with my extended family here I have found so many new members I have spoken to and emailed and snail mailed , I love this site as my family To laugh to cry to share birth and many sorrows as well as celebrations love..This is the best site as my family shares with each the circle of life continues with a prayer..thank you angels live everywhere..I am so happy Tess and Albert as all the moderators thank you for love and support daily in our lives many angels sit with you all ..love Debby

In the nearly 6 years I have been at starlite many times it has been the saving of my sanity especially in the last 2 years as things have been at their lowest, the cafe is where I can write my troubles away and clear my mind, I do so appreciate all the hard work put in by Tess, Albert and all moderators, I don't write as much as I once did and don't read and comment like before but I would be lost without starlit and all the wonderful friends I have made, so thank you Tess Albert and moderators for your wonderful work to keep the cafe going for us. Thank you, sweet angelsis, Marianne, for starting this thread where those who wish may offer comments to brighten the day of those who
have and are working so hard to maintain a happy home here at Starlite.
Albert, Tess, assistant moderators ~ administration ~ volunteers and ALL participating in the operation of Starlite Cafe.
Since I'm new here I haven't become that familiar with your names yet. I just appreciate you because I KNOW first hand the amount of energy it takes to moderate groups.
I am thankful the Lord led me here to Starlite.
Even though there has been misunderstandings and
spats, etc. I get the distinct feeling of
F A M I L Y here:-)
You are in my prayers, Tess, as well as, your dad, Skybrush. The Word of God tells us HE is
El Shaddai ~ the God who is more than enough ~
praise His name. I am believing with others praying that soon Skybrush, you will be healed.
May the Holy Spirit continue to comfort you,
Tess and your family, is our prayer.

I started this thread because I know there's been alot of bickering about little things.
Sometimes we forget about yes the moderators and others that make Starlite what it is, that they do have REAL lives behind all of this and they do get ill at times.
I decided on this thread just to allow people to come here and give a thumbs up or say what you like about Tess, Albert, Anita, Nat, Skybrush, Bronze Dragon and all the rest of the team, just to show them how much we care truly.
I know we can get carried away with our own things going on in our lives (because if we really look at ourselves sometimes, we have to look as if "What if we were moderators" of a huge site and every little thing that goes on, we have to step in and try to clean the mess that someone else started.
When we ourselves may have enough clean up at home or at our working jobs.
(Just a thought).
I do hope more people will come in here and recognize just how much Tess has been going through lately with her mom's passing and her dad not being well.
Also of other moderators that have been ill.
Just giving them that thumbs up or helping them out in a time of need is the best opportunity for us to be a family and helping us to support one another.
I believe that's what Reaching Out is all about:
Supporting our Moderators, Supporting our Poets and Supporting others who need Support.

Let's make Starlite home again without wars!
Let's also help out our Moderators who need help from us. Especially now when sickness is spreading all over. **HUGS**

I do appreciate those who keep Starlite running and have tried to let them know. Starlite has brought many wonderful friends into my life and I am thankful for that. And Albert, thank you for keeping this whole thing afloat and making your dream come true. Bless you all,

There truly cannot be enough words to express my love and deep respect and gratitude to administration,moderators and volunteers of Starlite..I have never forgot the prayers said for my grandaughter as she went through her last 2 heart operations since my coming to Starlite..Through prayers started for me and my dad I have gained the strength and faith to handle his deteriorating health and know God IS in control...My smashed right hand has healed far better than the docs said it would and it is due to the power of Starlite prayerchains..prayers and blessings to all in charge and to every poet I say,"God does walk the hallowed halls of Starlite and there are Angels of many forms here..May every poet know that they ARE a Starlite Angel..prayers and blessings to all..In God we trust..Philip |

Tess: I know you are going through a time that's so difficult and I want you to let you know that my heart and condolescences and prayers are being prayed for you now.
I also want to thank you for contacting me regarding issues and I'm so glad that I am able to open up to you as a friend, I believe this is an awesome experience Tess. **HUGS** I wish your family well.
Albert: I want you to know that you and Tess and the rest of the Moderator team do so much for The Starlite Cafe and I know that sometimes we get side tracked and forget what this site is all about. Penning poetry and getting along.
**HUGS** I do miss your e-mails. I'll try to make it a habit to write more often. **HUGS**
Anita: I want to say a Get well note for you, I know right around this time people get sick, I know I've just finished battling with bronchitis, for almost 2 weeks. My heart and prayers go to you too. **HUGS** Get Well sweet friend!!
Nat: I have no idea where you are now adays but I am sure you are around, keeping busy and I do hope that you are keeping ok.
For the New Assistant Moderators: Some of which I haven't had the pleasure of getting to know yet, I do hope this message finds you well.
Skybrush: You know how I feel, my prayers are with you to better days of good health and I do hope to see you shining your beautiful artwork in Starlite again. My prayers are with you at this time. **HUGS**
The Challenge Moderators: I do hope that the new year is bringing you much joy and well wishes for the rest of the New year!!
Now if I missed anyone, HUGE apologies (I can't think of all the moderators at this time for some reason)
Well Starlite Starbright. I will light my vanilla scented candle today and be in deep prayer for all of you the Site Moderators of making Starlite a Home to Many (including me).
and I will make sure I say prayers to those who are sick and/or need prayer.
