Oh Tess, I am sorry but with my move and having to get a new computer I have been away but have tried to keep up with the threads atleast... So much sadness in our Cafe family right now... It breaks my heart but am also consoled by the out pouring of prayers and faith. I pray that Dale's surgery will be a success on Monday and that he will be on the "rapid" road to recovery. Dear Sweet Tess my heart breaks for you as well... Your strength has been such a shinning example to me as I know it has been to so many others. I pray you feel all the loving arms surrounding you and Dale right now and that gives you both comfort and added strength. If there is anything at all I can do for you, Dale or the site please just ask... Love and Hugs Donna

Thank you all for your prayers. Dad's surgery had to be postponed, as his blood count was not quite right. He will have surgery on Monday, if all goes well.

Dearest Tess,
I am so shamed that I have let me own problems keep me away from Starlite and all those who need prayer right now.
Dear girl, know that I have always kept you and Sky and yours in my prayers.
May the Lord God hear the voices of all who lift Sky high in prayer and grant him peace and freedom from this ongoing pain and discomfort.
I pray that the mantle of grace will keep Sky covered in the blood of the Lamb and he will be delivered back to us in good health.

It seems as if when I get through with one Amen I began another, but ya know what I don't mind at all because I believe in the power of prayer and so therefore Tess I once again lift your dad up in prayer. I shall be thinking of him (And you too) tomorrow and also saying prayers throughout the day for him. You said your Dad is in good spirits and is determined to be back. I have to believe in what he says and you must too....There is always hope where there is faith.
Please know that my thoughts and Prayers continue for your Dad and for you too as you've been through so much I'm sure you're feeling drained.
You tell your Dad I am personally waiting his return with a pen and paper and coffee brewing...

expected !!!
We are also praying for you, Tess. How well we
know the heavy burdens you've been carrying. We
are asking the Lord to carry them. He tells us
in His Word to cast our cares upon HIM for he
cares for us. I hope you are doing this, sweet

Hi Tess, Hey sweet lady, don't you ever feel out of place asking for prayer and encouragement for anything big or small, that is why we are here to support and uphold each other. Give Dale my very best and tell him I am praying. I am also passing this on to my fellowship groups.

I have not been keeping people as updated as I should on my Dad Skybrush. Dad has been in the hospital since April first. He suffered congestive heart failure at that time.
Dad is having a hard time coming back from this. We found out today that the shunt in his liver is clogged again. They will be doing surgery tomorrow morning to try to repair this.
When I spoke with Dad on the phone this evening, he was in good spirits. He wanted me to come to the site and say hello to all of his old pals and let them know what was going on. He says he fully intends to kick this and be back.
So many at the site are going through so much right now. I feel a bit well, out of place having to come to you all again, when so many other's are in need, as well. However, Dad needs prayers right now.
And most of all, he just wanted to let all of his friends know that he misses them and the Starlite and that he is trying to get well as best as he can.
