Oh Mary it just breaks my heart to hear such sad news. My dear Lord hasn't thi woamn endured enough already? I SURE will be praying for your sister honey as well as for you as my heart is so heavy thinking about this whole court ordeal and I will be praying that God intervens in this situation and does not allow such a thing to happen. Seems that we have a slew of heavy hearts lately on this site. And YES prayers do work miracles. As long as we hold one another up in prayer and don't give up HOPE! Love ~Jacie~

I lock my prayers onto puckeredupducky's and shall believe for her healing..Years ago when I was a guinea pig for chemo treatment something unexpected happened and my docs went to the courts behind my back for a court order..Even though we had severe words my doc did care deeply for my well being since I was newly turned 21 and a brand new father and I am still here despite medical certainties I would be dead before 30..I can see your position my cherished friend and also pray that your sisters be allowed to live together provided there is nothing that would happen that your caregiving sister would feel guilty over..Taking care of someone is not filled with happy days..I pray God intervene and uplift His plan for your sister..In God we trust..Philip |

My sister is in desperate need of help and prayers are requested. She is 48 years old lives in her own apt in a high rise for older and handicapped residents. It is not a place with care givers of any kind. She has diabeties which is totally out of control. She has been in hospital sveral times in the past 6 months and every time when she was dismissed her diabeties was still way over 300 so obviously even the hospital could not control it. NOW the problem comes in, she also has ACCUTE INTERMITTANT PORPHERIA which I doubt most of you have ever heard of. It affects the nervious system which if untreated causes some mental problems. Now the treatment for this contains high carbohydrates which would throw the diabeties out of sight. She is not crazy, She is not dangerious to anyone, She lives a normal looking life except that she has several other medical problems as well. She has been told she has at most 3 years to live maybe 4 if they put her in the home. She causes no problems for anyone However this week her Dr's got a court order, behind the family's back appointing her a professional gurdian who can sign her in to any program she wants. Next month they are going to court to force my sister into a home for people with fragile health. She will have to share a room and they will take all her money except 40 dollars a month and force her to quit smoking. She will not be able to leave the home without a home escort with her. Another sister of ours wanted to let her move into her home the gurdian said NO. THE GURDIAN HAS NEVER EVEN MET MY SISTER the one whose life she is deciding.
PLEASE Pray that this judge will see and understand that my sister is happy where she is. that 3 years of freedom is better than 4 years of prison. Thank you all in advance. I know Starlite prayer is awesome and miracles can happen ---Mary |
