im unsure of how to save all my precious work without going through 500 poems and copy n pasting them all to word?

Tess, This will sound silly but this move makes me want to cry. Oh, I think it is wonderful and I know the biggest part of work falls on you but I can just hear Albert's voice right in there working away and I miss him and I know how hard this must be on you as you go about making your friend's dream come true. You are a most beautiful friend. |

Everything should be fine! We simply have to give this a try! If we don't, well, the server is going to shake the site apart as we are just too big for it now!
And when we make the move, one of the first things we are going to do is have a clinic on the many ways to back up our poetry and graphics!
I am calling in one from the heavens on making this as smooth as slicing butter with a hot knife!
We will do this and it will be OK! One way or the other!

I have saved all of my words to a jump drive, but I haven't worked on the graphics. Should we save our graphics as well?

Hello all...I think Rosie that is what many of
us are wondering. I have been trying to save
them in folders and such for a while...but if
my computer died...I would be lost. Once I get
over being so clumsy and falling (yes, I did
today again..) I will see about finding out how
to put them on discs or whatever it is you do.
I know how to write them...saving them is a

I have got to agree with everyone that has answered this thread so far. What an exciting time for Starlite and gigantic Thanks to all of you that are working so hard to bring to us the new options. Can't hardly wait here to see what they are.
Great big thanks to all that is involved in making this change over. I am quite sure that it is not an easy task, but I am also quite sure that our dearest Albert will be with you to guide your path.

WOW...with all the bells and whistles huh? Is it gonna have a dance club with cages and poles??? Ya know we love to dance and party here, LOL
And we need a garage to park our convertable so it's save for when we do road trips. And oh..we need a calgon storage tank for you too!

As you know, we have been meaning to move to a new server. One with all the bells and whistles! We are going to try to make the move this week!
While we are moving, you will not be able to post at the site! When you try to access the site, you will get a message saying that the site is down for the server move.
