He said since his procedure, he is feeling better, and has less numbness! Which is a good thing!!!

Hope your Dad is doing better today Melissa.
Bless your heart if it's not one of your family
it's several at a time. It does seem when it
rains it pours sometimes. I hope they find a
way to give him some relief. Will be praying.

its a disk out of place thats pressing on a nerve that is making his leg numb. He had some work done in that area today.

Could it be a nerve that was pinched and tramuatized, that happened to my next door neighbour about 2 years ago, if so once the nerve recoveres from the bruise it wiil be ok again, I will add your dad to my prayer list. |

We already know he is a diabetic already. He found that out in June. I thought maybe a stroke?? I can make my self sick worrying about what it could be...I am just like him when it comes to that. Just going to have to wait till he goes to see the doctor up there.
Thanks for all your prayers. Sorry I have not been around much in the past few months. Just kind of burned out on everything. Plus we been busy with it being summer and spending time with our friends and all. I only get the reaching out thread sent to me now. That way I can know what is going on with every one. Thanks for praying and have a great day.

Meliss~ So Sorry to hear this news ~ My 1st thought *(with blood test) would be Diabetes! He had blood work right?

Boy oh boy when it rains.... it pours huh honey? I had a similar situation happen to me several years ago. They told me that they surmized (yeah SURMIZED) it was a TIA. (small stroke) nothing since, but it did scare me. But as quickly as it came as quickly it went away. I sure will be praying for you daddy. ~Jacie~

I am not one to not keep the faith but when the doctors are stumped...it scares me. My daddy's entire left leg is numb and he can't even lift it. He had a MRI last week and they can't find anything so now he has to go to a specialist next Tuesdays. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks. Melissa
