Jade I was so sorry to hear about your loss and my heart goes out to you and your family. I have been keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. I think at times like this sometimes a step back from the chaos is just what the heart and soul needs even if the mind is fighting so hard to keep doing anything to avoid thoughts of what has happened. Know that I love you much and hope an early night will bring you some peace.

The last two days haven't been good for me. My mind is all jumbled. I don't doubt my own strength but I also know that I have weaknesses and sometimes they rear their ugly little heads. So tonight instead of working until midnight I came home to relax a bit even though it's not what my mind was telling me to do. The insanity of work and my co-workers are what has helped me not to focus on the event of Monday. Again, I love you all and I am deeply moved by your compassion. Hugs and Love, Jade |

What can I say? I fought tears all day. I then came to the Star and read your poems of love and comfort and the tears fell like a waterfall. I love you all so dearly. I can't really wrap my mind around the support I have been given and yet I don't dare turn it away. You all are wonderful. God is awesome and HE will give me strength as he has always done. Thank you all so very much. It truly means a lot. My dad went to the VA ER yesterday in Killeen for chest pains and pains down both arms. The VA doc ran tests and told him it was a muscle spasm but gave him 4 nitro pills, a muscle relaxer, pain pills, and then sent him home. My step mom last talked to him around 2 a.m. He went to bed but then went back into the living room. A little before 6 a.m. she woke up and went into the living room to find him on the couch. She attempted CPR and the paramedics attempted CPR with no luck. He hadn't been dead long. It is suspected that it was a heart attack however, his body was sent to Dallas for an autopsy. Ladies and Gentlemen of the Star. I have just received word that Jade beloved poet and former Starlite moderator lost her father this morning to a heart attack. AS of yet no farther news is available.. Please reach out to her in this her period of grieving to let her know we care and are thinking about her.. Let us support her and share our strength as she goes through the coming difficult days.. As God willed it so it was done and now he will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
AS soon as other details become available I am sure someone will be in touch to give you more information. |
