GOOD NEWS today for Dorothy!!
Here are some of the words she wrote to me this morning after going to the Oncologist and I pass them along to those who are praying for her.

Hello
There is no cancer,Praise The Lord !!.It is a tumor but it is not cancerous. I do have a few bone disease`s but not cancer.

Dorothy, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I know how hard it is when you don't know what's wrong and you have to have tests and office visits and then just . . . wait. You hang in there, Honey, and God will see you through this.

Thanks to all who are praying,I know I must stay strong and keep the faith,I also know prayers work.I have been in pain for a long time and really need to keep the faith.I`ve seen many miracles and I am praying for another one,that this is not cancer,and for the healing of what is causing so much pain. Sharon, thank you for posting this request, you have done a wonderful job explaining (hugz) Dorothy, dear, we will all be praying for you and your family. This is such a stressful time, the waiting before you find out what's going on. Keep strong in your faith and He will see you through this trial! Pam

For quite a long time now Dorothy/Libra, has been experiencing excrutiating headaches and severe back pain. It seemed the Dr never paid a lot of attention to what she said or had tests done. Recently he finally had a number of different tests done and they found she has Cervical Spondylosis and Scoliosis and several different types of arthritis. They did some blood work and found some abnormalities there. She also has a lesion on her spine and the Dr is sending her to a Neurosurgeon. It has taken weeks to get this far. The Neurosurgeons nurse called yesterday and said the Dr's were going to have a Consulatation next Wednesday I believe it is, to see what they are going to do concerning treatment. Then they called to ask about the Oncologist she had before and what his name was to get the records from him. His (Oncologist)office has called today and wants her to come in to see them on Monday. Would you please pray for her as this is all very stressful and waiting so long to hear anything. So now the Oncologist visit has been added to the other appointments.
Dorothy is always reticent to say much about herself and I asked if I could post this prayer request today, I am afraid I haven't done a very good job of explaining it all. I know she appreciates the prayers so much, they are what got her through the Cancer and treatment for it a few years ago.
