Most of you may not have been following this, but us New Yorkers and Pennsylvanians have reason to celebrate tonight. Bucky Phillips, who has had communities from where I live in Western New York down to Northwestern Pennsylvania on alert and holding their breath for months now, and who is one of America's Ten Most Wanted fugitives, is finally and at long last in police custody tonight. Thank you God!!
