hi Shelly if you find music or videos download them to your computer and create an account on ripway.com for midi's and photobucket.com for pics and videos. I use both sites and both give the code or url u need to post the pics, videos and music on starlite.
Use midi files though they are shorter and easier to work with.

The world wide web has vast variety of graphics you just have to seek them out... we get them from all over... many poets use rose pedal graphics... just type in rose pedal graphics at your search promp and it will take you to them... but at any search promt you can type in what you want and it will get you what your looking for...
example... graphics of boats....

I am not so computer savvy either this site itself offers awesome graphics and music...I always use theirs...when you post your poem, pay attention to all the options it allows...will ask what size and type of print...background music, lots of nice choices....background also has an image gallery you click on for more options...so many wonderful options here that add so much to the words...good luck and have fun...Pam

Hi,Shelly, welcome to Starlite. We are one big happy family here and help one another out when ever we need to..You will be very happy here I am and I only found this by accident two years ago..I have made some personal friends here..
As for the chat room, well as Albert is so unwell and not able to do as much as before the chat room is now closed until further notice..There is one set up by a member called Parachat..I'm not sure how you get there but if you look through the Announcements you will find a member called Onetinsoldier and he has set one up for anyone to use all you put in is a username..Try it and see how you get on..
The graphics you can get through looking on the web for backgrounds or under graphics..you just download them into your personal file and then they are ready to use when you need to..Or you can ask Jeeves..The videos are something else I don't use them that often so that you will have to ask questions to others..I hope this just might have helped you a little..I really am no computor buff but I have been lucky by a certain young lady on here who has helped me so much as I am retired now and did'nt touch a computor until two years ago..Good luck..Terri |

Hello I am Shelly and new here. I can not get into the chat room for us to use. Can some one send me the web site. And there is a way to get some free graphics to use with our writings. I have gone to many others writings and have seen many perfect graphics or videos that fit the poems just }perfect where can some of them be found?? Thanks for Your help Shelly
