Hey bruh ditto to what everyone said..but just another tip to add to ur arsenal... learn to say "NO" often we stress ourselves out by tryna be nice and trying to help everyone out. Talk with your parents and teachers also..its not whinging its talkng things out because it helps you deal with everything just like sharing on here only better Your in my prayers mate take care. As for girls your finishing college keep them as friends ant any of them ready to marry or settle down for a guy at ur age..so if they wana go take it slow and tell them u wana get to know them first. God bless -miCk Michael william James

Dear Roman, Be thankful you have a school to attend.Be thankful you have parents, even though they argue a lot. When you get older you will understand.Be thankful you will be attending college somewhere. There are millions of children that would love to go to school, but can't. Be thankful you have a job to work at.Even in these rough times, there are many that would love to have your job. When you are in school,do your best, for the kid next to you is in direct competition with you for a great job. Be thankful that you have the ability to row a boat.....there are people without arms or legs, that would love to have that ability.Be thankful for your ability to write and ask for prayers. As for the girls,be thankful they are traipsing around you,for they are not the right one's for you. When you find the right girl, your heart will tell you.Try to help someone ever day...no matter what the ocassion.Be thankful that God loves you and through him,ALL things are possible.Just remember to be thankful for EVERYTHING Roman, and you will do just fine. God bless you...Bubby |

Hi Roman, Hang in there champ, the best is yet to come. We all go through this when we are graduating from school and aren't sure just what we want to do. I found that getting to a quiet place in your mind and body helps alot. Take one thing at a time. If you try to do all things at one time you will be full of stress. Make a list and just go down it at your pace. I will remember you in my prayers also. Your life is going to be so full with college and work and your social life will get better too. All takes time. Smiles hugs Janice |

Roman~ Take some time for yourself each day, even 5 or 10 minutes, go to a quiet place. Let go of the worries, let your mind go blank, just be still and listen. The "voice" inside you will direct you, the voice that is that of your "gut feelings." They never steer you wrong. I'll add your name to my prayers.Peace & blessings, Friend. ~Kayte~

Hey everybody. So, as of late, my life has been getting really stressful. I'm soon to graduate from high school and am getting really burned out with the daily grind of school. Additionally, the rest of my life seems to be going nuts. My parents are arguing with me a lot, (mostly about school, and my college plans for next year), crew practice is being rediculous (my coach is pulling me out of boats for absolutely no reason), and my boss is getting mad that I'm not working very much, and is sort of threatening to fire me. I need the job because its going to help me pay for college. As if this wasn't enough, I'm struggling with some problems in my social life. I keep being a toy for girls as they traipse around in my life. I'm trying to keep my head clear and not let it get to me, but when added to the other stuff going on, it gets to be a little much. I'm definately facing a rough patch right now, and any advice/prayers/encouragement would be really apprecited. Thanks Roman Better to be thought the fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt
