I understand and appreciate how hard it is to keep a site as massive as this running, and all the work it takes to maintain it. Thank you so much for your prompt response. This is one of the reasons that Starlite is the best of the best!!!

The Profile Editor has been broken for some time. We are aware that it keeps looking for a pen name. We haven't been able to find the problem to correct it. There is so much script in fact it is huge and performs many functions. it's like looking for a path through heavy fog. I feel sure Devin will work on it more asap. I apologize on his behalf for these problems. |

Hi Jeri, I am having that problem too, forgot to mention that one.. will need to put another ticket in, as you can't do anything without the pen name on your profile.. Happy New Year.. Ingrid |

Hi ya Starliteadmin. Glad to see you. And while you're here, do you think the profile page could be fixed too? When we try to update it, we get the following error message...
"You did not enter an answer for the required field 'Pen Name'!
You must do this before your profile can be saved."

Is anyone else have this problem please? I go to page 2 or whatever page then when I have completed that page, I go to the next and that is when it jumps. Most annoying, when you only wish to work on your own poetry. Any suggestions welcome. I have a ticket in too.. Ingrid |
