As the noise gets louder
a larger crowd now in the room
a figure seems to vanish
and then there's space to fill...
Agedunn the Grey has gone..

Mist is a friend to behold
hiding things and reasons
slaying though is not one
all that damage has been done..
My friend provides the solitude
to move at will unannounced
and provide a quill to send my thoughts
the days of swords are gone..
To be acknowledged in another's verse
is cause enough to reply
so fear not the grey of mist
when there are many ways to die...

In the crowded room
noise was cover
no-one noticed the figure
standing in the corner...
Agedunn the Grey is here...

in the mist---see not the grey
so silently he speaks --- never hear him say
fear not ---fear not the day
in the mist of the night -- is the grey
in the mist of the night ---- he does slay
and silently --- oh so silently - he goes away
in the mist of the night---when things are not right
hidden out of sight-----straying from the slightest light
hold on tight --- hold on tight
no need to fight --- all is lost tonight
the grey cover all the height.................
Currently I am working on a 1500 acre tract in Tenn and need CALTALPA seeds to replant and create the needed bio-diversity also I need TURKS HEAD oak acorns ----any help will be appeciated by mother nature------currently the deer and wild turkey are in large numbers and the project is 80 % complete

As quickly as he arrived
he now turns to go
the mist once more calls him
a song he too well knows
and Agedunn the Grey is gone...

What a wonderous word,
denoting areas between two points
or zones not to be encrouched upon..
The greater the distance
the more intense the two definitions become
the better place to hide behind,
you have to love this word distance...
It provides scope, rules and order,
it gives one a sense of security,
a bubble to hide within..
Then there is real distance..
Distance void of touch and sight,
self imposed and often hiding the reality
that deserves the chance to be closer..
You have to admire this word distance..
You can travel it, hide in it, lengthen it,
but like everything else even distance ends
and like any other journey, then it's over...

From a valley deep touched by mist
a shadow moved forming from the darkness
cloaked and hooded it reached the rim
and let the light fall upon him...
Agedunn the Grey is here....

Just a mediocre poet unlike Reindeer who is fantastic. I write from the heart except when I am fooling around. I hope atleast one or two of you will enjoy my minor creations.
