I require/crave feedback for my poetic sensibilities! I have written over 400 four line poems for another website in this poetic galaxy. The subjects include horror, humour, philosophy and history! |

My name is Kimberly and I am 21 years old. I have a beautiful 17 month old baby and since she has been born I don't have much time to write like I used to. I have been writing for about 10 years. i hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to reading your work. |

Hello everyone.I'm new here and really enjoying it. I'm 30 years old and have a husband and 3 children. Just started to write poems in the last month and loving it. It helps keep my brain working. |

Hey everyone! Jut figured I'd introduce myself cause I'm brand new here. Uhm... I'm sixteen and I love writing poetry. I feel like it's a good escape and a great way to express pent up emotion. Please feel free to give me constructive critism. I could use it!

Yes, welcome aboard, Laura! Have you made any cinnamon rolls, or done any creative writing, lately?
Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls
These are a favorite every time and everywhere they're served. They are extremely simple and taste like heaven!
4 cans buttermilk refrigerated biscuits(10 ct)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup any flavor ice cream (cinnamon or butterbrickle are often favorites)
2 sticks margarine (1-cup)
Cut biscuits in fourths and roll them in a mixture of the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place in 9 X 13 pan. In a microwave save bowl, melt the ice cream, brown sugar and margarine. Stir to blend. Add any leftover sugar/cinnamon mixture to melted mixture and pour over your cut and coated biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Turn out onto a jelly roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Enjoy!
Prep Time: 15 Min Cook Time: 30 Min Total Time: 45 Min

Hello guys, I'm Edward and I am supposedly in my final year of high school. I am here to carry on a rekindled hobby, and sort of a passion, and that is of course poetry.
I am mostly an introvert in the sense that I do not reveal things about myself much, though I tend to be quite talkative at times.
I am perverse but fortunately for the sake of people out there I do not have even a decent share of self pulchritude. I mean, if I had great looks I would cause a lot of trouble. Which brings me to my next point. I have minute self-confidence, which may be a result of not having good looks, but partly because I tend to do things wrongly.
I sort of hate myself most of the time, but apparently no slitting of my throat have been attempted, so no worries guys, I am only an emohart.
That's...about it. I'd expect lots of aesthetic poems from you guys, and I would try making some and post em here. See you guys on the board! |
