Now friends, it’s bad enough that the vice president of the United States has a forehead that you can break a brick over, but now Biden’s Botox is contaminating Obama’s drinking water.
How else do you explain our Dear Leader’s insistence that Elena Kagan holds enough experience to be our next Supreme Court justice?
Yes, yes, the brother is a liar, after all. But still, the arguments the Obama Administration has ginned up in support of Kagan are mind-bogglingly pathetic.
So just for you, I’ve waded through the stories and found the Top 3 dumbest defenses of Elena Kagan.
1. Courtesy of Politico, “[Kagan] is ambitious, restless, intellectually acute and even shares the president's love of a good, grinding pick-up basketball game.”
Say what? She enjoys a “grinding pick-up basketball game”? Well now, that settles it then. Bust out the basketball trunks, throw on a jersey, and move yourself straight to the front of the line for a lifetime position on the most powerful court in the land! What could go wrong? As an aside, can you even imagine Kagan “grinding” on the court? Ugh, I just think I lost my appetite.
2. From the mouth of Barack, a Kagan court would be “more reflective of us as a people than ever before.” And if by “reflective,” the president means that most Americans go from Princeton to Oxford to Harvard to the University of Chicago… then back to Harvard, well yes, Kagan’s mug should replace Lincoln’s on the $5 bill because she’s so “reflective” of America.
3. “Elena is the granddaughter of immigrants,” Obama touted of his pick, which is to say that Kagan’s parents’ parents immigrated to this country. And that makes her special how?
The fact that Team Obama and their cronies in the media are flaunting such threadbare “qualifications” means Kagan may in fact have less experience for her nomination than Barack did for his. And we know how that ended up, don’t we?
Now that we have those gems out of the way, enjoy the rest of your afternoon thinking about Elena Kagan in her booty basketball shorts, "grinding" on the court ;)

Absolutely, Bubby. Just because she's been successful in all that she has done, smart enough to have been a highly respected Dean of the prestigious Harvard School of Law, smart enough to have been appointed Solicitor General, and is highly thought of and admired by all who have worked with her, doesn't mean that she has brains, right?
Besides, we don't even know where she stands on "such issues like executive power, same-sex marriage, the rights of the accused and proper application of the death penalty"
And we don't need to know, do we? The fact is, we know Obama picked her. That's all we need to know. I can't think of any reason in the world why we should listen to what she has to say.
The fact that as Solicitor General, she has supported Obama's position on "the use of military force against Al Qaeda, the habeas corpus rights of military detainees and the state secrets privilege" which has changed very little from Bush's administration, doesn't mean we have to like her. Humph. The very idea.
And she isn't qualified. I mean, after all, she has never been a judge. And that's not a good thing. Who wants diversity in the Supreme Court? That would just confuse everybody.
But the good news is that there are a WHOLE BUNCH of conservative pundits who now have fabulous job security as they look for something to pin on her. Heck. I can hear the shovels working already. Well good. Let them dig. We'll pay them well, and that's always good for the economy!!!

Oh all right, Bubby, I'll stop typing and go back to drinking my Kool-Aid. Maybe I'll go find a tree to hug. This is what I get for doing my own thinking. (sigh).

She is anti military ,Ms Jeri..and she has proved it over and over.I am ex military....see the problem? She does not like military solicitors on campus...They will shred her like confetti,but then Obama will insist(other words throw a hissy fit) and he will get his way.The left is afraid of his temper tantrums.Harvard can't be that prestigious....didn't Bush go there also???? Lol....Its where ALL the rich kids go.Where did he get his money?Hmmmm.....I wonder!!
Its okay,really....because He has no experience either.Never voted on anything while a senator.That way you can't blame him if something goes wrong.You better think while you can,because BIG government will soon do ALL your thinking for you.Chug a lug chug a lug...A Solicitor General? Don't worry, after Obama's second term your holy party might regain the president's chair and screw this country up even more. With big business and religion leading the way, hell, we could become a religious state like Iraq......oh yea, we are there fighting for the people to be free like us. Sorry Bubs, I forgot that. Religion is between you and God, not forcing everyone else to what you believe. In case you don't believe me, look up the original pledge of allegiance.......What do find missing?

Note that under God was not added until the 1950's when we were trying to look better then the USSR.
This country was founded on religious FREEDOM, not one specifec religon.

We have illegals with no jobs,acquiring Visa cards,buying car's with no money down and they don't have car insurance.The illegals come here and we give them free everything...are you getting free everything? There is NO racial profiling in the Az law. If you read the law you would understand it.Even Eric Holder hasn't read the law and he's suing Arizona for doing his job.How stupid is that?You don't think policemen aren't aware of the dangers of racial profiling?
