Why can't I upload a picture to my profile? There are several reasons that you may be having issues.
1) Ensure your picture is no larger than 400 pixels by 400 pixels
2) If you have a picture already on your profile. Delete your old picture and SAVE your profile. After you have saved the profile attempt to upload a new picture.

Can I change my userid?
Unfortunately, the infrastructure at Starlite does not allow poets to change their userid, or pen names. It is on the enhancement list, but will be a while in coming.

Can I move poems from one of my account to another account?
No. Currently, the infrastructure at Starlite does not allow poems to be moved between accounts. We will need to rework the website to give that ability. We do understand that this is an important feature and hope to have it available during the next year.
