I Thought Laughing Was Good Medicine
A scoffing sun my windows did invade
A knot of surprise popped up on my head
How foolish for me to faint at some silly thing,
A crazy nothing kind of silliness and my heart goes 'zing'
And stopped so the doctor said,
The reason I fainted, fell out of the chair and bumped my head.
A taste of bitterness hounds me night and day
I am about to snap, no more laughing the doctors say!

A taste of bitterness
About to snap
