I have a teddy his name is Spooky
I only bought him out of compassion,
Cause he looked so lonely and bored
His clothes were filfthy and out of fashion.
His hair looks like it has had a shock
Sticking up all over the place,
When I got him home I got the scissors
And cut all the sticky jam off his face.
I cut his nose he screamed
It was only a little nick by mistake,
He never smiles or says anything
he even refuses a slice of mothers cake.
He didn't cost a lot fifty pence at a fete
He says I'm a disgrace,
And that he will report me
To teddy toy lands cruelty place.
That's the thanks I get
For taking pity on an orphan bear,
Who would hav been lost on the tip
Even now he looks like he doesn't care.
I really don't like to see him like this
He is so sad without children to play,
So if you can give me any advice children
Please phone 212757 straight away.
Listener Spooky's guardian.
