A SIGHT TO SEE
The red breast whistled morning
He was a joyous sight to see,
As the sun flickered through the trees,
He whistled a tune just for me.
What a beautiful spring day
The blossom floated pure and white,
Floated down in whispers
Upon God's earth a pure delight.
Flowers in rainbow colours
Took my breath away,
Mother nature filled up my senses
What a glorious picture on this day.
It filled me up this wonderful scene
As the blossom pure and white,
Kissed me on the top of my head with love
As if an angels blessing had given me the sight.
It is a gift I am often blessed with
Given sight to see mother natures creation,
To see the beauty through the Lords eyes
Is a treasure that makes me weep with elation.
