LOVE AND INSPIRATION|
I told of my heart
I told of my life,
I told her of my fears
I told of many tears.
I have told all my strife.
And yet this woman
Loves me still,
With a heart of gold
And much compassion
For she must be of strong will.
Am I to understand why?
She should love a wretch like me,
So aggressive and looking for pity
Ignorant and brought up in poverty
Tis true I was looking for a key.
A key to unlock the mud of my mind
To understand and to trust humanity,
I have heard so many lies in my life
But this woman's love and kindness
Has given me back my sanity.
A love and sanity of happiness
A reward from day to day,
To notice the beauty in the world
And to never look back in anger
For she is my love friendship and inspiration
What more can I SAY....
