WHAT AN ADVENTURE
It's spring it's spring
The magnolia looks fine,
The crocus and the daffodil
Are simply divine.
The sun is shining
There's not a cloud in the sky,
Just right for walking
My golden retriever and I.
What an adventure we'll have
Through the fields we can walk,
Stop and feed the horses with carrots
And the donkeys and listen to their talk.
We'll see the baby lambs
Dancing so sprightly and new,
Butterflies birds and bees
And the colourful kingfisher too.
Then we'll go down by the river
And feed the ducks and fish,
We can sit on the riverbank
Toss a penny in and make a wish.
Wild flowers we can pick on the way home
We can give them to young Alice,
Then sit in the garden under the stars
While they shine down on nature's palace.
Byron don't you agree? We've had
A great adventure you and me!!
Bark, Bark, I take that to mean YES!!!! LOL.
