Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Only Time

How the heart can bleed, and scream
As its dreams pass on
Like dandelions in the breeze
The lonely stem of memory

There is nothing can be done
But wait
And wait
As time dreams on
And stakes out its claim
On days forgotten

In the hours that pass
The minutes that last
Are the ones we hold
And bring out when the rains fall
As we fall and falter
Falter and fall
While the sweet smell of old memories
Comforts our pain
And always remember
These days are numbered
And time is all to blame
