Get Rid Of The Advertisements

The Twisted Arrow
Upon this path of life we lead
Of twists and turns we do proceed
Today i shot an arrow and
Upon the tip i bleed

A life of love I travel on
No knowing where it will end
But knowing that these arrows are
Aimed at my dearest friend

The arrow that I shot today
Came back and claimed my heart
Unconciously i twisted and
It now tears me apart

Lets leave the stress behind us
Our friendship is still strong
Remove that arrow that you twist
You know we did no wrong

Upon this vow deep in my heart
Of which i now must take
I must not shoot an arrow sharp
I twisted now i watch it break

I cannot watch you walk away
From this friendship of my heart
The Twisted Arrow no longer to be
Has been released and now you are free
