Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Just One Chance

This time, this place,
I watch the drifting clouds for your face.
Long ago, your hand slipped from mine,
I had not the strength to keep you . . . . now the sun does not shine.

Too long, too late,
Who was I to make you wait?
The train left the station, leaving me behind,
Life is different now, and, I am losing my mind.

Misused, mistakes,
The truth was kept inside for all of our sakes.
Just one chance, that is all I need,
And, I would tell you . . . . you would follow where I would lead.

Just one breath to kiss you,
Make you feel all that I have and will do.
'Cause with you, I'd withstand,
All of hell to hold your hand.

Now, with moments found using weighted dice,
I will take this gamble without a price.
On my knees, I'll ask,
That this . . . . this would be my last task.

I'd give it all,
My life . . . . everything, not to hit a wall.
I'd give for us,
To have a life built on love and trust.

'Cause you know,
You know, you know. . . .

That I love you
I have loved you all along
And I miss you
Been far away for far too long

I keep dreaming you'll be with me
And you'll never go
Stop breathing
If I don't see you anymore . . .
