Duty Asks Naught What You Can Do

Duty asks naught what you can do.
It tells you what needs to be done
And then commands you to do it
And asks advice from none.

Honor commands your integrity
In times when it is scarce found.
It's when you chose the honest way,
Even when none are around.

Bravery is what compels you fourth
When obstacles arise at every turn.
It is living with fear, yet allowing it no rein
And the force that causes your soul to burn.

Country is for what and whom one fights.
It is the driving force of freedom and liberty
And the leader of every selfless act
That one conducts with or without civility.

Sacrifice has a demanding price,
Whether it be oneself, family, or sanity.
But those who endure the highest demand
Slowly restore the distinct aftermath of calamity.
