a dream i s'pose
like glass in pieces on the ground
a thunder scattered all my thoughts
until no memories were found
my mind within, like dreams forgot.

in dreams i saw a flash of light
i dared not look, my soul distraught
my eyes were blinded by the sight
until no memories were found
relieved by dawn of nightmare's scene
which broke in pieces on the ground
brought respite from the horrors seen
my mind within, like dreams forgot
when to the morning sun i rose
no monsters anywhere i thought,
'twas all a silly dream i s'pose
