Blossoming Quaterns

These sweet blossoms of memory
are treasured deep inside of me.
Though summer's play seems far away
I treasure blooms of yesterday.

They smell so sweet inside of me.
These sweet blossoms of memory
ever blossom within my mind.
The scent alone could soothe the blind.

I treasure every thought of you.
I treasure everything you do.
These sweet blossoms of memory
will still forever bloom in me.

You asked a special question and
you placed this ring upon my hand.
You asked if you could marry me.
These sweet blossoms of memory.

A treasured bloom of yesterday,
makes ev'ry day a summer day.
In truth I know it won't be long
till winter sings it's icy song.

These memories will always stay,
a treasured bloom of yesterday.
You gave me such a special rose;
a diamond ring that truly glows.

I am so proud to be your wife
I am so glad we share our life.
A treasured bloom of yesterday
still smells so sweet in ev'ry way.

These sweet blossoms of memory
are blooming still inside of me.
I remember that summer day.
A treasured bloom of yesterday.
