I know it won't be long now sweet Lord and I pray
Knowing how much You have been mocked and shoved away
No longer are you in Government or in our Schools today
Oh Lord please try to forgive America just once again
Would you Lord if she put you back in their hearts again?
I for one love You My Father and want to shine a little light
To show the darkest places hope, and maybe You just might
Would You forgive her greatest sin if back here we would call you in
Only some have turned on you but so many still believe not to sin
Never has America needed You so much as we do in these days
Tear's of regret many cry for You were our hope and glory in older days
Because of a few we have lost your protection from tragedy today
Eagle wings want to still fly humble once again, You leading our way
Leave us never is my prayer for God we need your big gentle hand
Over everything our Nation does with You dear Lord we need to band
Never to let the Devil and his band win over a Nation you put your trust in
God please Bless America once again and save us all from our own sin~
