Just Breathe

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I
Breathe as deeply as I can
Exhale
And then I breathe in again
It relaxes me
Calms me down
Erases
My troubles
From my mind
Takes me back,
To better times

We all have had our share
Of heartache and pain
We’ve all had our share
Of stormy days
When the sun,
refuses to shine

We just need to breathe,
real deep
And remove these days
And thoughts
From our minds

Think back on happier times
Those are the thoughts
That should fill our minds

Sad times and heartaches
Only bring us down
Cause us to cry
And to wear a frown

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

We need to think
Of happy thoughts
And breathe as deeply
As we can

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Breathing deeply
Can relax the
Body, mind and soul

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Breathe in deeply
And close your eyes
Take yourself back
To better times

Times when life was sweeter
And life was easier too
Life can sometimes
Be hard to face
But if we are strong enough
We will pull through

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Think back
To your childhood days
When you were carefree
Not a trouble
Or worry in the world
And it was so easy
To breathe

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

As we get older
Things do change
We have more responsibilities
And sometimes we forget
To breathe

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

We get so caught in our worries
And dealing with the strife in life
That we forget,
to stop and breathe
To many thoughts
Are clouding
Our minds

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

We can only live
One day at a time
We need to stop
Worrying about the future
And holding onto the past
Just breathe deeply
And this to
Shall pass
