Hooray! It's Saturday

I know the park is crowded
Still we want to get away
To someplace where dogs arn't romping
And kids don't skate all day

So, why you don't grab that frizbee
I'll take this jug of wine
Then we'll head for the river
Cause the weather sure is fine

I think we need a kite to fly
Maybe I'll take a book
A blanket and a pillow
To make a cozy nook

We'll pack a picnic basket
Take some baguettes and some cheese
We can stuff ourselves like piggies
On this lovely day of ease

Just grab that can of ant spray
Then we'll be on our way
On Saturday , we're not working
So we'll go outside and play!
