Get Rid Of The Advertisements

I'm Incomplete

Sunrises seem shallow,
skies grey which were blue,
lemon meringue lost its tang...
like my heart in the absence of you.

Where did the twinkle go from my stars?
Who stole the tune from kazoo?
Our favourite tune burst like a balloon...
discordant, in the absence of you.

Someone left the cake under the train,
icing spoiled that once was sweetish too.
Constant frown, smile up-side down...
I'm incomplete, in the absence of you.
