DISTANT LOVE
Though in miles we are far apart, you will always have my heart
because of your love, my heart is whole,no matter where you are, you own my soul.
Distance has separated us, but love has kept us together, the storms of separation we have weathered
every beat of your heart i hear,as though you are so very near.
Our phones are continually ringing, and our hearts are always thumping,
so let the music continue to play, each for the other, day by day.
I miss you, my distant love, and all the wonderful things you do
your smiling face, your laughing eyes, and the beautiful mouth, that seldom lies.
We'll be together again, someday, keep being strong and we'll find a way
our blessed day, will surely come, then finally, my distant love, we'll be home.
