Pale Blue Music Box

Up goes her sky
As she's lifted to dance
A pale blue music box
And a peaceful romance

Her thin silhoette
Shadows the room
Touched by the wind
And lit by the moon

A cracked open window
Brings breath to her show
As she's spinning her circles
on graceful strong toes

Her dance never ages
An endless grand ball
To a timeless sweet tune
As she rises and falls

But when the sky lowers
Her promenade ends
As she lies in rest waiting
To dance once again
