Who Hears You Crying
What use is a tear?
Is it a cleansing of the soul?
Where exactly do your tears go?
Who hears you when you cry?
Do you cry silently? Do you cry openly?
Do you cry in fear? Do you cry in sorrow?
Can you add one cubit to your height?
Can you bring the rains of tomorrow?
Are your tears the tears of distress?
Are they tears of sadness?
Are they tears of grief?
Are they the tears of gladness?
Who hears you when you cry?
God hears you;
One day we, as Christians,
Will dwell with Him
In that great ‘by-and-by’;
Psalms 56:8:

They that sow in tears,
