When I Was Young   When I was young And When I believed In childhood things Life was so much simpler Way back when I was a kid Oh and the things I believed in Wonderful Things that filled My head Like the Easter Bunny And the tooth fairy, Santa Claus And flying reindeer too Magical times those were Oh yes That’s true Now that I am older And I seem to worry a lot Bills and life Fill my head Now with thoughts Some day’s I long to be a child again Just enjoying life Without having Worries on my mind To run, Jump, and play Build castle in the sand Walk along with my mom Just holding onto Her hand Those were The good ole days But time moves forward And we as humans, must move forward too To complete the circle of life This gift of life given To me and you When I Believed With Maryfrances By badmac © 2008 badmac (All rights reserved)
