When I Was a Kid
When I was a kid,
Many things I did,
Some were good and some were bad.
But never the less,
No matter what mess,
So much fun I surely had.
With two sisters and a brother,
We knew how to annoy one another,
Fighting and making a fuss.
But when push came to shove,
We , each other, still love,
And no family is closer than us.
I remember the times,
We were partners in crimes ,
Twas only childhood meanness and pranks.
Our poor Mom and Dad,
Such patience they had,
For great parents, we give God much thanks.
Now to end my story,
With a little glory,
A wonderful time was mine.
Nothing I'd change,
Or rearrange,
Only great memories of childhood I find.
