Bye Bye Blues
Chasing away the blues
that is easy for me
I have friends so special as can be
tears never get a chance to fall
they catch them placing them in their hearts
I am so blessed as ever you see
these friends mean the world to me
maybe they cannot touch me or hold my hand
yet they certainly understand
when I feel sad which I hardly ever do
with them around I laugh all day
the blues don't have a chance
to get to me
my friends are a gift from God given
I am grateful and much more
all of my friends
I so adore
