If I won
The lottery
And a
A million dollars
Was mine
Here’s what I’d do
When that cash
Was in my hand
I’d start off
By helping
My fellow
Man
I would house the homeless
And feed the starving
People as well
I would help the
Sick and dying
The lost and the weak
I would offer those cash
To help stop the tears
Falling down
Their cheeks
I would give some to charity
The ones that help save lives
I would give some to the poor
Helping them
To have a better
Life
I would fund counseling
For the battered and abused
I give some to cancer research
Too
I would help Americans
Right here by me
Not foreign countries
They receive help
From our Government
You see
I would buy people gas
So that they could get to work
Give none to the rich folks
They have enough
I’d strive to help the poor
And the middle class
I would give some to the teachers
As they’re not paid enough
I would pay someone
To pick the garbage
And litter up
Pay someone to clean
Our rivers and our streams
Give some to a sick child
So they could
Live their dream
I don’t need for much
But so many do
I’d help everyone I could
With that cash in my hand
I would reach out
And help
My fellow man
I would buy the elderly
Their medications
The ones they can’t afford
And make sure,
they had air conditioning
So they would not have to suffer
Through the heat
Anymore
I would help the disabled
With the things that they need
I would help the down and out
Help them once again
Stand on their
Own two feet
I would help abused animals
Dogs and cats,
and all other animals
Too
Making sure they had a home
Yes I would fund that
Cause they have feelings
Too
I think by now
All that money has been spent
But it will feel good doing
The things I said above
It’s better to give than to receive
This I believe is true
If I won the lottery
Had a million dollars
In my hand
I would reach out
And share it
With my
Fellow man
