time waits for no man

as i see seasons dancing across time
time i know has no favorites, none at all.
no prejudice, no favorites does he play
he never has, nor shall he e'er play such

his march forever since the past long gone
his song he sings, with his own voice bizzare
for noone he waits ceratinly not me
me? least of all, for i am common folk

blank verse - in the style of tennyson
