Tears of a rose falls down my face
In the sand of time you have a special place
Prayers I am writing in the sand
Things in life I may never understand
I know your life was taken away to soon that day
As I write this poem of love in the sand today
Wishing for a moment in time we could have you back to
Just to be able to say how much you are missed and I love you
Just to watch another sunrise together and to see you smile today
Tears of a rose falls down my face today
As I write this poem I feel your star of life shining each night
Tears of a rose I cry looking at the heavenly skies so bright
Just to have one more day with you and go back in time
To the day we laughed together and I was so proud that you were mine
Tears of a rose falls down into the ponds today
Oceans and oceans of tears I have cried and cried wishing I could bring life to you each day
I am completely heartbroken losing you as tears of a rose fall to
I wish I could have a moment in time just to be with you
Just to watch again a beautiful sunset
And to make such a beautiful day in my heart just to be with you again that I would never forget
