Get Rid Of The Advertisements

TO THE CHILD AT HEART

I know there's a tomorrow
The red bird told me so
As she was flying magically
Where e'er she'd choose to go

Of course, there's a tomorrow
The hummingbird came by
And as she sipped the nectar
I leave for her - I think she sighed

There are lots of tomorrow's
I heard the squirrel's at play
Ever since I moved in here
They get to eat the 'birds food' every day

Mr. Moon said he was sure
He'd hung up in the sky since 'time'
And He hasn't gotten a notice
That He's retiring any time

The Sun was smiling eye to eye
The conversation made her giggle
The inch worm in my garden
Was almost running with her wiggle

Ms. Froggie - you all know her
Serenly set on her lily pad
She said she's seen further than forever
And it's so very far-far away

The little bird that meets me daily
She's called by 'Morning Song'
Says she got new music just today
'N life is full and still very long

The little tiny teddy
As she scampered in my woods
Told me life is long and full of joy
It's just misunderstood

I saw so many 'stars' that day
I knew God in His glory
Was taking care of all of us
And that, love, is my story

You are a child of the universe
No less than the moon and the stars
That is why I chose you, love
To write what we'd call 'OURS'

God's Little Whispers ^j^
