BEAUTIFUL LIFE
When I saw you the first time
My heart was filled with joy
The feelings about you so real and true
I thought you were the one
I was always looking for
But our paths never crossed before
I knew in my heart that I need
To get to know you
But there were many people around
The crowd was busy talking
But you stood there alone thinking
You did not know me yet
Your eyes were gazing over the sky
Until you turned your head around
And then our eyes met, I smiled
And wanted to say Hello' and you
At that moment began to walk toward me
I wasn't sure what to say let the fate decide
That was a thought on my mind
I felt shy yet my desire grow in knowing you
From that moment my heart was jumping with joy
Knowing we will be in love
Our eyes were sparkling and shine
Life is not about the material things
But how we appreciate what was given to us
The riches and values our parents taught us
Love, compassion, trust, respect for all
Harmony, World Peace, sharing and caring
Love for our brothers and sisters too
God's creation and the beauty of Nature
The blue sky, rain tapping on the windowpane
Making music like a band that amplifies with the wind
The music that has a beautiful sound
Singing a song of love then there are the sunsets
And sunrises, ocean waves, children play, laughter
Or a silent cry of someone hurting of broken heart
All those little things in life those matters the most
And that 'Not everything that glitters is gold,'
When I found you I knew in my heart
Life will change for us the loneliness
Will go away and there will be
Beautiful days in togetherness I was happy
And prayed to Lord for all the riches except Gold
