Gaia’s Armoire

~~o0o~~

Her winter coat
dangles tenderly
upon ancient sequoia

Oh so slowly
changing light
into spring dress, euphoria

~~o0o~~

Her sandals scatter rhyme
upon the grounds
of summer

Casting shadows rocking in
a lazy
hammock's slumber

~~o0o~~

In fall she’ll fold so gently
faded prose
under her bed

To don her winter coat until
times' fashion,
seasons shed

~~o0o~~
