Shadow Spirits

When the wind blows low, so low by the shore
Shadowy spirits rise from ocean's deep floor

Dark aspirations, obscure in my mind
Still surface Earth's death~vivid in time
Atmosphere dense, with feelings of doom enhanced
Whence free wild winds, played tune to flower's dance
Remembering well, love's fair-faced romance
Lain down beside me on beachy white sand
Scanty prayers offered, too little, too late
weary words spoken, as sofly I wait
for love's last embrace in arms I know well
and wish for a kiss to bid me farewell

Now! shadow spirits rush fast from sea's floor
When the winds are blowing low, oh so low
