GOD GIVES LIFE SO WE CAN GIVE
We`re so busy in our grown up talk.
We tell our children to take a walk.
Dad`s away all day or maybe for weeks.
Mom is so tired, she hardly speaks.
Children need attention, but are left alone.
They have to find out on their own.
Unanswered questions, they cry and pout.
They don`t know what life is about.
They sit there, watching T. V.
They wonder, is this what life should be?
Children need to be taught right and wrong.
They need to hear a good bedtime song.
They need to be hugged and cuddled.
Left alone, their lives are muddled.
Our children need our love, hugs and time.
Anything less may lead to a life of crime.
Our children need love and correction.
Balanced training can lead to perfection.
Love and correction are the needs of a child.
Correction keeps children from going wild.
God is the One who can make this connection.
Jesus rose so we can have resurrection.
