Law of Gravity for Morning Song and Me

In the annals of all history
Ever since this world began
There's been a battle raging
T'wixt gravity and man!

Now gravity loves women
Thinks they're the weaker sex
So gravity fights extra hard
To prove that it's the best.

Each woman starts out equal
At the hour of their birth
But at forty gravity kicks in
And fights for all it's worth

At first it's just two baggy eyes
And a tell tale double chin
But, then there come those wrinkles
And the real fight begins.

We fight with creams and lotions
And plastic surgery too
But all that does is just slow down
What gravity can do

Next step is just a wrinkled neck
And two big old floppy breasts
Just gravity's begining
Wait till you get the rest

We can contemplate big bellies
And saddlebags real neat
And if that isn't bad enough
Look out there go the teeth

It throws in scattered aches and pains
And a few grey scragggly hairs
And then the big old increase
In the size of dress we wear

It finds our sitting down place
And there it takes a rest
And pretty soon we realize
That we got nothing left

When we look into the mirror
We become just so depressed
We'll add some pounds with choclate
Because we're such a mess

Old age steps in and dims our eyes
Oh, sister can't you see
That gravity has got us down
And the count is one, two, three

And though we fight with all our might
There's no way we can win
For old age has taken over
And gravity ...IT WINS!

AGAIN!
