Once again

Photobucket

Once again my past unfolds
because you're unable to move on
trying overtake that hold
I refuse to cave, those years are long gone

Telling those I love, I'm not innocent as I let on, I'm to blame
remember it took two to tangle, what was then is not now
I moved on with my life, this is a waste of my time playing games
Everytime I put an end to this, someday it will be laid to rest I vow

Seems no matter how many times I pick myself up
You always find a way to knock me back down
Saddest part I speak the truth, you hear their voices they're fed up
You'll believe what you want, breaks my heart as their smiles turn to frowns

One day I pray for this all to end
Have some peace, for you to see the truth of it all
I'm not the blame, that I'll stand my ground and defend
And it won't be me who is knocked down, as you turn to fall
