Misty Moonlit Night
As we sit here on the misty moonlit night
our hearts can reminisce
of our love and life together
and maybe even steal a little kiss
Our lives were brought together
by such a wondrous love
we both agree that it was sent
from our Father up above
Even though down through the years
things may have gotten a little rough
as we sit here in the moonlight
we know what we have it is enough
When all the cares and troubles
of this life are hid in the dark
then we know that the light we see
it comes shining from our hearts
So as we sit here on the misty moonlit night
our hearts are so entwined
as much as our arms around each other
you are the only thing on my mind
